Bath and shower gel, base for production, 500 ml

Properties

• Bath and shower gel - natural, unscented
• The gel is guaranteed to be free of sulfate-based surfactants and paraben preservatives
• Free of parabens, sulfates, propylene glycol, silicone and artificial colors
• Scent: The foundation is perfume-free
• One added spoonful of suitable oil per 100 ml of foundation leaves a silky feeling on the skin.
• Specifications: pH: 9.50 - 10.50

Use

• Gently cleanses and foams in the bath or shower.
• Try 10 to 17 drops of essential or fragrance oil per 100g of gel.
• The possibilities are endless with this product, be creative and experiment with your favorite oils.

Production

• You can add up to 10% other added active substances and up to 10% water, for dilution purposes.
• If you need to add more than 10% water or active substances, we recommend adding 0.1% preservative.
• Like all water-based personal care products, it is susceptible to microbial contamination.
• Follow good hygiene and production practices during production.
• Add the gel base to a suitable container, you can preheat it to 30 - 35 ° C., thus speeding up the dissolution.
• Mix in your chosen oils (usual dosage 0.3-0.5%). Mix until the ingredients are fully dispersed.
• Stir in the saline solution if you want to thicken the gel.
• Let it cool and then see if it is not thick enough, you can add more salt solution again.
• Please note that the gel is derived from several natural and organic ingredients and some additives may make it cloudy. Preheating to 30 - 35 °C will help the mixing and dispersion of the saline solution. Add more saline if needed. Further adjustments should be made in increments of approximately 0.2-0.4% - 20% saline solution.

If you need to thicken the gel, prepare a 20% saline solution in warm water:

• Heat (the warmer it is, the faster the salt will dissolve.)
• Add salt.
• Stir until the salt is completely dissolved and you get a clear solution.
