Characteristics

• Unroasted cocoa beans of the highest quality Criollo variety from the Pangoa cooperative are characterized by a fruity-spicy taste and a strong aroma.
• With a short fermentation period and drying in the sun, they retain all the health-promoting substances. By pressing the beans, the oil is obtained, which is separated and the dry mass is ground into a powder.
• Raw cocoa is made from cocoa beans carefully processed at low (up to 42 °C) temperatures, which guarantees the preservation of the antioxidants and all the beneficial substances contained in cocoa and emphasizes the taste profile of cocoa and products made from it.
