Use

• This powder is especially suitable as a peeling in cosmetic products or in deodorants as an active ingredient.
• It is a light exfoliator, absorbs sebum, removes odor, whitens teeth and fixes fragrances (perfumes).
• It is used in gentle facial scrubs, as a deodorant powder, a fixing agent for perfumes, soaps, in the production of dry or solid shampoos and, among other things, as a non-aggressive whitening agent for smokers' teeth.

Ideas to make

• Scented hair powder: incorporate iris powder into your dry shampoo.
• Toothpaste: add iris powder to your “homemade” toothpaste to add a gentle abrasive power and help whiten your teeth.
• Absorption powder: absorbs excess oil and cleans the scalp.
• Flavored Bath Salts: To gently scent and soften your bath salts, add 1 tablespoon of powder, equivalent to 3 tablespoons of coarse salt.
• Perfume fixative: iris powder can be used as a support in the preparation of all kinds of perfumed powders.

How to incorporate powder into production?

• In powder mixtures: add iris powder to other powders from the given recipe and mix.
• In creams and gels: at the end of preparation, after cooling, add iris powder and shake well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
• In alcohol-based liquid perfumes: add iris powder to your alcohol-based fragrance mix. The powder does not dissolve.
• TIP: excellent as a raw material for the production of dry shampoo.
