  • Kuzu is a traditional Japanese product. Due to the high content of high-quality starch, kuzu is mainly used as a thickener.
  • Kuzu is obtained from the root of the Pueraria lobata plant - a vine that originally comes from Japan.
  • Use: Use in soups, sauces and puddings, to which it gives a unique smooth consistency.
  • Ingredients: kuzu root* (*product of controlled organic farming)
  • Storage: Store in a dry and cool place. Protect from direct sunlight.
  • Directions: Dissolve about 1-2 teaspoons of kuzu per cup of liquid, dissolve in cold water, then add to soups, sauces, puddings and cook over low heat, stirring constantly and slowly, until translucent.
