Characteristics

• Glyceryl stearate citrate is a hydrophilic, anionic, vegetable emulsifier made from glycerin, mono- and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids and citric acid.
• Glyceryl stearate is a lipophilic generator of co-emulsifying consistency based on stearic acid and palmitic acid.
• Melting point: approximately 60-65°C, emulsify at 70-80°C and stir.
• Vegetable emulsifier for creams with a higher fat content.
• It is prized for its pleasant feel on the skin, giving the skin a soft, smooth and "creamy" feel. It is quickly absorbed.

Use

• This emulsifier is ideal for creams with a higher fat content (30-70%) and can be used to make thicker cream emulsions.
• Creams become more oily and shiny on the skin, so they are suitable for dry skin. And for night creams.
