Characteristics

• Whitish flakes, emulsion stabilizer
• Oliwax LC is designed to stabilize oil-in-water emulsions. At the same time, it improves the texture and gives a pleasant silky feeling during application. Thanks to its form with lipids, it supports human skin penetration.
• Oliwax LC is recommended for use in skin care creams and lotions, lipsticks and lip balms, skin care serums and sun protection. Oliwax LC improves the texture of the final product, without feeling greasy or sticky, and has no bleaching effect on the skin when used.
• Clinical tests have shown that Oliwax LC is hypoallergenic and therefore an excellent choice for sensitive skin. Oliwax LC has not been tested on animals, is completely biodegradable and is compatible with most cosmetic ingredients.
• Oliwax LC is oxidation resistant, odorless, colorless and comes in an easy to use flake form.

Recommended use

• Day moisturizers, night creams, eye creams, after-sun creams and lotions, sunscreen cosmetics, products for sensitive skin, make-up
• Improves skin hydration. It has a positive effect on the absorption of active substances into the skin. Improves the effectiveness of SPF in skin care products that contain sunscreens.
• It is used as a co-emulsifier, together with other emulsifiers.
• OLIWAX LC is a co-emulsifier and will not work alone. It combines well with Olivem 1000 to create stabilizing oil-in-water emulsions that improve the texture and feel of your base product.

Recommended dosage

• 3 - 4% in sunscreen emulsions as an SPF booster
• 2 - 4% in / waw / o emulsions as liquid crystal promoter
• 1 - 5% in make-up products as structuring agents
• 1 - 3% in emulsion w / oao / w as a hydrating and moisturizing agent
• 1 - 2% in sunscreens as a viscosity stabilizer
