Organic VIVANI hot chocolate, 280 g

A mixture of cocoa with sugar and sometimes thickeners is usually sold under the name hot chocolate. Our real hot chocolate is real grated chocolate with a high cocoa content, which is mixed with hot milk to create a thick, unsweetened chocolate drink. Grated chocolate can also be used to decorate desserts or drinks, and it can also be used in baking.

Use

• Let the chocolate melt in the hot milk and whip it by hand or with a whisk.
• Also excellent in muesli or as a cake decoration.

Ingredients

• Cocoa mass, natural cane sugar, cocoa butter
• All ingredients come from controlled organic farming.
• Cocoa solids content of at least 62%.
