• Natural cane sugar from Mauritius is famous all over the world. This tropical island is blessed with ideal conditions for growing sugar cane.
• The volcanic origin of the island ensures fertile soil rich in minerals and the climatic conditions are perfect for sugar cane.
• Mauritian cane sugar has uniform crystals of the same color and a typical cane aroma.
